"8 And behold He cometh, according to the words of the angel, in six hundred years from the time my father left Jerusalem".
9 And the world, because of their iniquity, shall judge Him to be a thing of naught; wherefore they scourge Him, and He suffereth it; and they smite Him, and he suffereth it. Yea, they spit upon Him, and He suffereth it, because of His loving kindness and His long-suffering towards the children of men.
12 "...The God of nature suffers."
We are in a world of suffering. As we go door to door we ask people, "Who in this neighborhood do you think needs some help?" They say, "I don't know" When in reality, we all are hurting and struggling in some way! Which means we should help one another. But it is typical in our world now to ignore, or procrastinate, in helping someone, thinking "Oh they've got it" When really they don't. It is only by the help of others and the Grace of Jesus Christ that we are able to continue with faith and hope and find constant strength.
May we all turn to the Savior and fill our hearts with love!
I am so grateful for the love I continue to receive from my Heavenly Father through His Son Jesus Christ! I may not understand why I am so blessed to have been born into this gospel and raised by such loving parents and have been taught so many great and amazing things by family members, Church leaders, Companions and friends, but it's huge and I want to continue to love and serve those around me. It is the greatest gift I can give!
"The God of Nature Suffers" for me, and you, and all those around you. Just remember those around you don't have the knowledge and hope of the gospel of their brother Jesus Christ suffering in their behalf!
I love my Father in Heaven. I love my family & friends. I love my friends I am able to help teach and share the gospel with!
Always love,
